Presidential Pet Museum

Founded in 1999, the Presidential Pet Museum was established as a means of preserving information, artifacts, and items related to the presidential pets in an educational and fun way.  In 2017, in the museum’s eighteenth year, Bill “WooFDriver” Helman whose passion for history and animals dovetailed perfectly with the vision for the museum’s growth, acquired the collection.

WOOFMEDIA GROUP is tasked with the execution and oversight of all the museum’s undertakings. This includes acquiring new pieces for the collection, research, outreach with educational groups, answering media questions, and all other functions of the operation. As the preeminent source for all things related to Presidential Pets, WOOFMEDIA GROUP is looking to build not only the inventory of the collection but to also expand the educational resources by way of its publications (i.e. The POTUS Pets Book Series) and other media.

The first book in The POTUS Pets series, Old Ike, is available now. Book Two, Pushinka, about J.F.K.’s dog, is forthcoming.
